Arrival of your baby coming soon? Starting to plan what you can make ahead of time to make postpartum easier? I am currently 33 weeks pregnant with my third child and looking to start prepping my freezer meals.
I have chosen to do meal prep before each of my babies' arrival and very thankful I did. One of the last things you want to do when you are sleep deprived it slave over a kitchen. But you still always craved good food. Freezer meals are the way to go!
I have split up my freezer meals into two categories, breakfast and dinner. Not only do I want to prep myself some yummy meals for minimal work, but I have two toddlers at home now I have to think about. And well that husband of mine! Although he does help with the cooking.
This breakfast meal is a staple in Australian and New Zealand and are described as baby pancakes. Banana Pikelets are quick and easy, healthy and great for everyone. They contain no sugar except natural fruit and easy to freeze. Just reheat and pair with your favorite maple syrup!
